Help This Be The Highest Mountain

God help this be the highest mountain,
     I'll ever have to climb.
And help the hurt grow lighter please,
     with the passing time
Because I just don't have the strength
     to climb a mountain taller-
In fact right now I doubt that I
     could even climb one smaller.
I wish you'd help me understand
     as it would help so much,
To know there is a reason why
     when I'm crying for your touch.
He represents a part of you
     and that's confusing too-
How could this have happened when,
     we both believe in you?
If you could somehow show me
     a reason to carry on,
Please do it soon because I find
     my strength is nearly gone.
